Mississippi Marijuana Patient Registration

We are currently offering two types of registration. 

Both are currently free and will entitle you to our free education package.

Those who complete a full registration will be offered appointments first.

Option 1 (recommended).  Complete registration.  Takes about 5 minutes.  Provide name, contact information, health history, and treatment goals.  You will receive the following:

• Free education package
• Access to our paperless records request form so that we may obtain past medical records.
• The ability to upload any digital records that you may have in your possession.
• Access to our patient portal.
• Priority service when medical cards become available beginning June 2nd 2022!

Option 2.  Just your contact information. You will receive the following:

• Free education package
• Notice of when medical cards become available (June 2nd, 2022)
